This tears the skin off the upper half of Lumpy's body and compresses his body, killing him. His farm clothes are torn off, his stomach gets scraped, and he is dragged through the circular opening of the pivot the balloon was tied to. Lumpy grabs onto the rope hanging down from the balloon, only to get dragged across the ground. The thieving brothers toss the cow into a hot air balloon, untie the anchor (rope), and fly away with their prize. “What did I just do?” She blushed uncontrollably, smiling all the while, pleased with how the day had turned out.Lifty and Shifty are seen running out of a barnyard, carrying a cow, while Lumpy the farmer shouts and chases after them. “Okay… see you then lover boy~” With a gentle push Petunia lead Shifty out of her shop and with a final wave goodbye she decided to close up early. Petunia paused, waiting a a response other than a love-stricken nod, but continued when she realized she wasn’t going to get more than that. “So, how about we go out on a date? Hm? Say, this Friday? You can pick me up at 7?” Shifty absently nodded, not believing his ears. “Even if there wasn’t gravity on earth, I’d still fall for you~” She whispered as she pulled his face down for his lips to meet hers. It was a quick, soft kiss but Shifty swore he saw stars. He found himself looking into Petunia’s beautiful orbs, a bright smile on her face. He heard footsteps and suddenly a small hand was on the side of his face, tuning his head back to face the front. “That you think I’m cute?” Shifty looked away again, embarrassment overwhelming him. “D-did you actually mean that?” Shifty whispered nervously. You’re so cute! You’re so cute! You’re so CUTE! Meanwhile Shifty stood there, his entire face red, dumbfounded as her last statement flew through his head around and around and around again. “Oh my gosh! You’re so cute!” The girl continued to laugh, hand held to her mouth as she tried to control herself. Petunia paused, her smile widening until she couldn’t help but to let out a few giggles. “I- I mean… Are you a florist? C-cause ever since I met you, my life has been rosey~?” The statement ended like a question, Shifty usually unable to meet Petunia’s eyes. Shifty averted his eyes as a blush creeped up his cheeks, all the way up his ears. Her face was a mess of red, embarrassment and flattery evident on her face. “Let me tie your shoes, cause I don’t want you falling for anyone else~” He nervously said before standing back up to face Petunia. Just as she reached down to tie it again, Shifty was already there making bunny ears and looping them together. She bit her lip and looked down at the ground to find one of her shoes untied. “W-what?” Petunia had to stop her grin from showing. “Hey,” Shifty walked over to her, a thoughtful look in his eyes. “Are you an interior decorator? Because when I saw you, the entire room became beautiful.” The bluenette shook her head, focusing her attention back on the dirty windows. She began to wipe the windows, watching the man out of the corner of her eyes as he picked up a small flower pot and began to examine it. She moved away from Shifty quickly, and he followed. ![]() “Hmm,” Petunia hummed skeptically, eyes narrowing once more before turning her attention back to cleaning up her shop again. “Geez, don’t do that Shifty!” Her eyes narrowed towards the green-haired man that stood with a nervous grin on his face as he scratched the back of his neck with one hand. “Ah no!” Petunia’s eyes widened as she immediately started to sweep the dirt into a neat little pile, setting the small plant upright once again before finally turning towards the “customer”. “Not a problem sweet cheeks, take your time~” A familiar voice sounded directly behind the bluenette, causing her to jump, knocking over a small potted plant in the process. “Ah! I’ll be with you in a just a minute!” She was so focused on getting the shop cleaned up quickly that she barely even noticed the tinkle of the bell, signaling her that a customer had entered. “Crap!” She whispered to herself, rushing over to another shelf that needed dusting. She was off schedule by an hour, having slept in late due to an alarm clock that proved to be defective this morning. Petunia scrambled around her flower shop, dusting as fast as she could go.
